Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn,undamaged, and in there regular condition.
Refund no cash refunds exchanges or store credit only within 7 days of receiving the item cash refund will only be given only if customer receives wrong item or if it damaged but I must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item I will not issue a refund just because a customer change their mind only a store credit will be given
